Whole homes · garages · basements · estates

House cleanout service that ends with one number, not five.

Nobody wants a different quote for the garage, the basement, and the spare bedroom. Freedom Junk Removal walks the whole house off a set of photos and hands you one estimate for the entire job. Whole home cleanouts, downsizing moves, estate cleanouts, and storage units all work the same way: send the photos, get the number, pick your day.

Cluttered room ready for a full house cleanout in Johnson County

Full truck load from $550

How the estimate works

Photos of each room, one number back

Walk through the house with your phone. A garage shot, a basement shot, a shot of the spare room, whatever's full. Text them to us and Nick prices the whole job at once, not room by room.

Any room. One estimate covers them all.

The list

Truck load pricing, out in the open

Whole house jobs usually land in the half load to full load range. Two columns because access changes the work: items already staged in the garage or driveway get the discounted rate, items we carry out of the house cost a bit more.

Starting prices. Your room photos confirm the final number before we schedule the crew. The $100 minimum trip is a floor, never added on top.
Load sizeGarage / driveway / curbsideInside the home
Minimum load (1 to 2 small items)$100$150
1/8 truck load (2 to 3 items)$125$175
1/4 truck load$175$275
1/2 truck load$295$400
3/4 truck load$400$500
Full truck load (10 to 12 cubic yards)$550$650

Bigger than a full load, like a packed multi-bedroom house? We'll price it as multiple trips and still give you one total before we start.

House cleanout questions

Asked before almost every whole-home job

No. Walk through and photograph each room as it sits. Nick prices the whole job from those photos, so nothing needs to move before we arrive.

No, that's the whole point of this service. One estimate covers the entire house, not a per-room price. You send photos of everything, we send back one number.

Yes. One crew handles the whole property in a single visit whenever the load allows it. If it's genuinely too much for one trip, we'll tell you upfront and price it as two.

Yes, regularly. Families handling an estate or a parent's downsizing move send us photos the same way as anyone else, and we work around whatever timeline makes sense for the family.
