Grill going with us? The propane tank has to come off first. We can't haul propane tanks, even empty ones, so pull it before pickup and we'll take the grill itself.

No. Propane tanks, even empty ones, never go on the truck. Disconnect the tank and set it aside before pickup and we'll take the grill itself at the price on the list.
Yes. Drywall, lumber, tile, concrete, and shingles are all on the published construction debris list, priced by the sheet, bundle, or 100 lbs so you know the cost before we arrive.
A dumpster sits on your property for the whole rental period. Hauling is one visit: we load the debris and take it that day, priced from the same published list.
Yes, both are priced individually on the yard and outdoor list. A small shed starts at $275, a hot tub starts at $300, curbside or driveway access.
