The same published truck load rates apply to eviction units as everything else. Curbside or garage access gets the discounted column, items we carry out of the unit land on the higher column.

Furniture, mattresses, appliances, and bagged trash all come off the truck's standard list. Yard debris left by a tenant, old tires included in a pile, or a shed's worth of junk gets folded into the same estimate.
